The Company shall submit to the Governor and to the Legislature, during the beginning of each legislative session, the following reports:(a) Financial condition.(b) Businesses carried out during the preceding year.(c) State and progress of all its enterprises and activities since the creation of the Company or from the date of the last report.The Company shall also submit to the Governor and to the Legislature, on such occasions as may be required, official reports of their businesses and activities; Provided, That the Company shall submit to the Legislature during the month of January 1973, a complete report on all the enterprises and activities carried out from its creation, and the evaluation and recommendations which it may deem pertinent with respect to its organization and operation.
