All the personnel, equipment, material, files, functions, property, obligations, and budgetary funds of the Tourism Department of the Economic Development Administration are hereby transferred to the Company. Likewise, the powers and duties which are at present exercised by the Economic Development Administration under §§ 71—79 of Title 15 are transferred to said Company.Said transfer shall be carried out within sixty (60) days from the date of approval of this act by executive order of the Governor of Puerto Rico and notice to the Legislature.
