Every establishment or hostelry that on the effective date of this act is using the name ' parador ' without the authorization of the company, shall discontinue the use of that name, on or before one hundred and twenty (120) days from the approval of this act, and until it meets the provisions of the regulations establishing minimum standards for Puerto Rican paradores, and obtains the authorization of the company for its use.
