It is hereby set forth that the Puerto Rico Tourism Company shall not impose conditions on the opportunity of the eligible employees to avail themselves of the Voluntary Early Retirement Program to waive legal or administrative claims against the Puerto Rico Tourism Company pending of [sic] adjudication.
