The mayor of the municipality of Aguadilla is hereby authorized to adopt such transitory measures and make the decisions that may be necessary, in order to carry out the transfer established by this §§ 692m—692t of this title, without interrupting the administrative processes and the operation of the Authority hereby transferred.
