(a) Sale. — As used in §§ 731—745 of this title, this term includes all sales, dispositions, barters, exchanges, leases and other transfers.(b) Price. — Means the thing demanded or received in connection with the sale of a staple commodity.(c) Person. — Includes all individuals, corporations, partnerships, associations, or any other organized group of persons, or legal successor or representative of any of the foregoing, and includes the Government of Puerto Rico, or any agency thereof, the municipal governments or any agencies thereof; Provided, That no penalty provided for by §§ 731—745 of this title shall apply to the Government of Puerto Rico, to the municipal governments or their agencies.(d) Maximum price =roand =it Minimum price. — The term 'maximum price' means the maximum lawful price; and 'minimum price' means the minimum lawful price.(e) Document. — Includes records, books, accounts, correspondence, memoranda, and other documents, and drafts and copies of any of the foregoing.(f) Administrator. — Means the Economic Stabilization Administrator.
