A special fund is hereby created in the Treasury of Puerto Rico which shall be known as 'Staple Commodities Fund — Trust Fund', which shall be at the disposal of the Consumers Service Administrator for the purpose of carrying out §§ 731—745 of this title.The proceeds of any sale or transaction made by the Consumers Service Administrator, of commodities acquired by him, shall hereafter be reimbursed to the 'Staple Commodities Fund — Trust Fund' as created by §§ 731—745 of this title, and shall be available to the Consumers Service Administrator to be invested or expended in accordance with the provisions of these sections.
