With respect to the enforcement of this chapter and the regulations promulgated for the enforcement thereof, there are hereby conferred to the Administrator, to the Chief of the Division, to the supervisors, technicians and to the weight and measure officials the following special police powers: They shall be authorized to arrest, without formal warrant, when the violation is committed in their presence, any violator of the provisions of this chapter or of the regulations promulgated hereunder. Shall have power to confiscate, without formal warrant any incorrect or unsealed weight or measure or any package or packages found to be in violation of this chapter or of the regulations promulgated hereunder. In the performance of their official duties and upon the previous presentation of their credentials, the Administrator, the Chief of the Division, the supervisors, technicians and officials of the Division of Weights and Measures are hereby authorized to enter any commercial, industrial or agricultural establishment.
