There shall be a Division of Weights and Measures in the Economic Stabilization Administration. This Division shall have a Director, who shall be the Chief of the Division, to be appointed by the Administrator. The Administrator, subject to the provisions of the Personnel Act in force, shall also appoint the supervisors, technicians and officials of the Division of Weights and Measures, as well as the necessary office personnel. The personnel thus selected shall compose the Division of Weights and Measures. The personnel of the Division of Weights and Measures shall continue rendering services with all their rights and prerogatives.Likewise there are hereby transferred all the documents, available funds, equipment and other facilities with which the Division of Weights and Measures is presently operating.
