It shall be unlawful to sell, offer or display for sale, a quantity less than that indicated for any commodity or service. The commodities in liquid form shall be sold by liquid measures or by weight and the commodities not in liquid form shall be sold only by weight. It being understood, that all such commodities which are commonly sold in this manner may be sold by lineal measure, area, theoretic weight, capacity measure and by units. This provision shall not be applicable to commodities served for immediate consumption at the premises where sold. History —June 27, 1968, No. 145, p. 420, § 15, eff. 90 days after June 27, 1968.
