Pursuant to any other applicable local or federal law in effect, or that may be approved, every petroleum producer or refiner or wholesaler-distributor of petroleum products who supplies gasoline and/or special fuel to service stations for retail sale shall be obliged to apply uniform rental fees for equipment and signs to all the gasoline and/or special fuel retailers he supplies when these are to be provided directly or indirectly to such retailers by said producer, refiner or wholesaler-distritor.\nHistory —Mar. 21, 1978, No. 3, p. 15, § 5.
