By these presents the gasoline industry in all its phases is declared as one vested with public interest. To such effects, the Department of Justice, the Department of Consumer Affairs, the Department of Commerce, the Public Service Commission, the Planning Board and the Regulations and Permits Administration are empowered to adopt and implement all those programs and regulations that are needed to make the purposes of this subchapter effective. The regulations shall be adopted and promulgated after consulting all the interested parties, and in agreement with the procedures provided in their respective organic acts.\nHistory —June 23, 1978, No. 73, p. 244, § 2.
