The FICP’s digital code shall contain the following information:\n(a) Name of the business, trade, or industry.\n(b) Physical and geospatial address along with the coordinates thereof.\n(c) Telephone number and contact person.\n(d) Basic information about the purpose and/or commercial activity.\n(e) Any license, certification, permit, authorization, or document required to operate or engage in a commercial activity, including effectiveness, issuance, and expiration dates.\n(f) Any other personal property requiring a stamp, label, or other distinctions to identify it, whether or not it is owned by the business, trade, or industry, but located therein.\n(g) Name of the owner(s).\n(h) Any other information that, in the judgment of the Permit Management Office, is necessary to achieve the purposes of this chapter.\nHistory —Dec. 16, 2014, No. 216, § 5.
