The Authority may begin injunction proceedings before the Court of First Instance to enforce the provisions of this chapter and the provisions of the rules or regulations approved and promulgated by the Administrator or which continue in force as therein provided, it being sufficient that the preliminary or permanent injunction be issued demonstrating that the remedy is necessary in order to avoid the violation of any of said provisions.\nHistory —June 28, 1968, No. 151, p. 459, § 2, art. 2.04, eff. 90 days after June 28, 1968.
