Any person who illegally renders, attempts or offers to render any pilot service in harbors or navigable waters of Puerto Rico shall incur, for each violation, in a misdemeanor punishable as provided in § 2801 of this title.\nHistory —June 28, 1968, No. 151, p. 459, § 4, art. 4.08, eff. 90 days after June 28, 1968.
