The following ships shall be exempt from said pilot service:\n(a) Every registered ship and with a license to engage in coast-wise trade, except when entering a harbor after having entered a foreign port or on leaving the harbor en route to a foreign port.\n(b) Every ship [that is] the property or under control of the United States, Puerto Rico or foreign countries not engaged in marine trade.\n(c) Every fishing boat with its own catch of fish to be unloaded in Puerto Rico, if piloted by a pilot licensed in the United States for said harbor, except when entering the harbor after having entered a foreign port or leaves the harbor en route to a foreign port.\n(d) Every pleasure boat.\nHistory —June 28, 1968, No. 151, p. 459, § 4, art. 4.13, eff. 90 days after June 28, 1968.
