The Authority shall charge for the use of its harbor facilities, and for the services or goods it may sell, loan or supply in connection with the use of said facilities, the tariffs, fees, rents and other reasonable and fair charges established by the Administrator, as provided in § 336(l) of this title. Without it being construed as a limitation to the powers herein conferred, the Administrator may fix in accordance with the provisions provided in this section, tariffs, fees, rents and other charges for bringing alongside, wharfage, delay and storing.\nHistory —June 28, 1968, No. 151, p. 459, § 5, art. 5.05, eff. 90 days after June 28, 1968.
