Every person who voluntarily uses a vessel for trade or who sails it in violation of § 2511 or § 2514 of this title, or of the license issued under said § 2511 of this title, shall incur, for each violation, in a misdemeanor punishable as provided in § 2801 of this title.\nHistory —June 28, 1968, No. 151, p. 459, § 5, art. 5.16, eff. 90 days after June 28, 1968.
