Every person who illegally constructs any building, structure, inclosure or fence, or who extracts sand in the terrestrial maritime zone included in a harbor zone, or deposits therein merchandise or materials, or who violates any of the provisions of the rules or regulations approved and promulgated by the Administrator in accordance with the power vested by § 2603 of this title shall incur, for each violation, in a misdemeanor punishable as provided by § 2801 of this title.\nHistory —June 28, 1968, No. 151, p. 459, § 6, art. 6.05, eff. 90 days after June 28, 1968.
