The Authority shall submit to the Legislature and to the Governor, not later than 90 days following receipt of its audited financial statement for the preceding fiscal year: (1) its audited financial statement, and (2) a full report on the Authority’s business during the preceding fiscal year and of the status and progress of all its activities since the creation of the Authority or since the date of the last of these reports.\nHistory —Aug. 11, 2002, No. 171, § 18.
