The Commonwealth does hereby pledge to and agree with the holders of any bonds issued under this chapter, and with those parties who may enter into contracts with the Authority pursuant to the provisions thereof, that the Commonwealth will not limit or alter the rights hereby vested in the Authority until such bonds, together with the interest thereon, are fully met and discharged, and such contracts are fully performed on the part of the Authority.\nHistory —June 10, 1974, No. 62, Part 1, p. 239, § 21, renumbered as § 14 on Sept. 27, 1994, No. 112, § 11.
