The Authority shall render an annual report to the Legislature and to the Governor of Puerto Rico which shall include:\n(a) A complete financial statement and report of the business of the Authority of the preceding fiscal year;\n(b) a complete and detailed list of all its contracts and transactions for the fiscal year corresponding to the report, and\n(c) full information on the condition and progress of all its activities from the date of its last report.\nHistory —Jan. 1, 2000, No. 1, § 8.
