The General Construction Permit must be obtained before starting construction and the General Use Permit must be obtained before starting the eligible business operations. Starting construction and operations without the corresponding permit is hereby prohibited.A General Permit application shall not be accepted unless the applicant files it duly filled out and certified; furnishes all the required information and documents; and pays in full any and all fixed charges and fees as appropriate.
