The Company shall issue a notice to the public stating the procedure to enter into special job creation agreements within thirty (30) days after the approval of this act. Eligible businesses shall have fifteen (15) months after the date of the notice to execute the special agreement with the Company. That is, eligible businesses shall enter into any special agreement with the Company under the Jobs Now Act on or before May 31, 2014.However, agreements executed within such fifteen (15)-month term shall continue in effect as provided in this chapter and such agreements.
