The Board shall promulgate rules to implement the provisions of this Act. The agencies concerned, to wit, the Trade and Export Company (PRTEC), the Department of Labor and Human Resources (DLHR), the Planning Board, and the Permit Management Office (OGPe) shall adopt and promulgate regulations as appropriate within a term that shall not exceed sixty (60) days to implement the provisions of this chapter as well as the rules adopted by the Board.
