Eligible SMBs may enter into an agreement with the Company at any time during the effectiveness of this act, provided, that it complies with all the applicable procedures, terms, and conditions provided in this act and the regulations thereunder. The amount of incentives to be granted shall depend on the resources and funds available from appropriations of the Legislative Assembly for such purposes, whose final determination shall be made exclusively by PRTEC as administrator of the incentive program provided by this chapter.
