The PRTEC shall prepare a form, for statistical purposes, to be submitted by every eligible SMB when applying for the incentives provided in this chapter. In addition, the Company shall promulgate regulations as are necessary to enforce the provisions and achieve the purposes of this chapter and, in doing so, it may consult with the Secretary of the Treasury and any other pertinent agency with jurisdiction over the incentives provided in this chapter. Such regulations shall also be subject to the provisions of §§ 2101 et seq. of Title 3, known as the 'Uniform Administrative Procedures Act for the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico'.
