Creative individuals and teams interested in availing themselves of the benefits or incentives provided by the laws or regulations of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or by ordinances issued by the municipalities of Puerto Rico, shall register in the Creative Industries Registry, to be established by the Trade and Export Company. For such purposes, the Trade and Export Company shall prescribe by regulations the process to register creative industries and to issue certifications attesting to such registration in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
