Creative Industries certified under this chapter may avail themselves of the fast-track process for issuing use permits, government procurement reserves, preferential rent program, preferred application process to access reserves created to fund proposals submitted by micro, small-, and medium-sized businesses from the Employment and Training Opportunities Development Fund and other additional general incentives in accordance with the eligibility criteria and requirements established in §§ 11081 et seq. of this title, known as the 'Micro, Small-, and Medium-sized Business Promotion Act'.
