The rehabilitation and construction works carried out by the Corporation or through third parties that do not exceed five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000.00) shall be exempt from compliance with the provisions of §§ 61-64 of Title 22, known as the 'Standard Contract Documents for the Scheduling, Management, Design, Inspection, and Construction of Public Works in Puerto Rico Act', or the 'Standard Contracting Act', and Regulation No. 7998 of March 3, 2011, known as Uniform General Conditions for Public Work Contracts.
