The Secretary of the Department of Transportation and Public Works and the Board of the Corporation shall appoint a Transition Committee responsible for adopting the necessary measures for the transfer to the Corporation of the functions of the Department of Transportation and Public Works and the Highway and Transportation Authority with regard to the ENLACE Project.\nThis Committee shall supervise the adequate transfer to the Corporation of all matters under the administration and responsibility of the Department of Transportation and Public Works, without interrupting the administrative processes or the rendering of services and operations of said Department.
