The Corporation, through the Board of Directors, shall render an annual report on March 31 to the Governor, both Houses of the Legislature and the Mayor of San Juan with an account of the activities carried out by the Corporation during the previous fiscal year, its financial situation and the work plan for the three subsequent fiscal years.
