(a) The Board shall designated a consulting group, within a term of not more than sixty (60) days from the date of approval of this act, whose purpose shall be to make recommendations to the Board, on the integral development plan that the Board shall adopt, and the measures the Government of Puerto Rico, agencies, instrumentalities and public corporations should adopt to promote the development of Castañer.\n(b) The Consulting Group shall include the mayors of the municipalities of Adjuntas, Lares, Maricao and Yauco, the Representative of that District and one (1) of the Senators of that District, as well as not less than five (5) residents of Castañer.
