The Department of the Treasury, the Municipal Revenues Collection Center, the Economic Development Bank, the Government Development Bank, the Planning Board and the Regulations and Permits Administration, are hereby authorized to approve rules and regulations to comply with the provisions of this chapter, in those aspects of their concern, pursuant to what has been provided herein, as well as any other agency the Planning Board deems should be authorized to these effects.\nHistory —Mar. 15, 1996, No. 14, § 15.
