It shall be the duty of the Board and of the Department of the Treasury to take all the measures needed to disclose the existence of this chapter to the citizenry and of the exemptions and benefits granted therein, so that the citizenry may benefit hereby.\nThis matter shall be attended to immediately after the approval of this act, giving strict compliance to the provisions established herein.\nHistory —Mar. 15, 1996, No. 14, § 16.
