The capital of each Fund shall consist of the money received from the persons who acquire securities of a Fund. The acquisition of securities of a Fund may only be made in cash.\nAny person who manages a Fund shall keep a roll or registry of the persons who acquire securities of a Fund, including that information established by the Commissioner through regulations to such effects.\nHistory —Sept. 10, 1993, No. 78, § 13.
