The Authority shall submit an annual report to the Governor of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, which shall include the following information:\n(a) A report and financial statement of the business of the Authority during the preceding year;\n(b) a description of the contracts and transactions of the Authority during the preceding year, and\n(c) the status and progress of the financing and activities as of the date of the report.\nHistory —Sept. 2, 2000, No. 351, § 6.04; Oct. 4, 2001, No. 142, § 31.
