The moneys of the Authority shall be deposited with recognized depositaries for the funds of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, but shall be kept in a separate account or accounts in the name of the Authority. Disbursements shall be made by it according to the budget regulations approved by the Board.\nThe Authority, in consultation with the Secretary of the Treasury, shall establish the accounting system required for the adequate control and statistical registration of all expenses and income belonging to or administered or controlled by the Authority.
