(a) The Tourism Company shall establish, through written regulations, the internal organizational structure related to tourist ground transportation, as it deems necessary; and it shall have discretion to assign the different working areas of the operational phase, as well as of the quasi-legislative and adjudicative phase.\n(b) The Tourism Company shall appoint all officers and employees it deems necessary to fully comply with the provisions of this chapter.\n(c) In order to achieve the purposes of this chapter, the Tourism Company may subcontract all persons and services it deems necessary.\nHistory —Dec. 19, 2002, No. 282, § 5, eff. 180 days after Dec. 19, 2002.
