The Tourism Company may require the enterprises, concessionaires, or operators to file evidence attesting that they have insurance policies or surety bonds. The coverage may be required for the limits the Tourism Company deems reasonably necessary to guarantee the payment for any damage caused to any person or property as a result of negligent or culpable acts or omissions by the enterprise, concessionaire or operator.
