The Tourism Company, through its officers or employees, shall have the right to examine all the accounts, registries and annotations made by enterprises and concessionaires, and it may appoint any of its officers or employees to conduct said investigation. The Tourism Company may enter and examine the premises, motor vehicles, equipment and documents of any enterprise, concessionaire, and operator and of any other person subject to its jurisdiction. The Tourism Company shall also have access to and use any information or document held by any instrumentality or political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.\nHistory —Dec. 19, 2002, No. 282, § 25, eff. 180 days after Dec. 19, 2002.
