Concessionaires under these regulations may subcontract with other enterprises:\n(a) When their authorized vehicles are not enough for transporting the number of people for which the services have been hired.\n(b) Provided they subcontract those concessionaires that already have a franchise issued by the Tourism Company to render similar tourist ground transportation services, and to which vehicles the Tourism Company has issued an authorization.\nHistory —Dec. 19, 2002, No. 282, § 41, eff. 180 days after Dec. 19, 2002.
