The Tourism Company shall establish through regulations the adjudicative procedures that shall be followed, granting the complainant due process of law in any remedy of administrative or judicial review of orders and resolutions issued by the Company in the exercise of the duties conferred in this subchapter.\nHistory —Dec. 19, 2002, No. 282, § 55, eff. 180 days after Dec. 19, 2002.
