The Executive Board, after being summoned by the Chairperson and the Committees, shall meet at least once a month. However, the Chairperson may call to [sic] special meetings when deemed necessary.\nNo member shall receive any payment whatsoever for his/her work as member of the Executive Board or of any of its committees or subcommittees, nor shall he/she receive a per diem for attending the meetings and activities.
