The destination known as Porta del Sol — Puerto Rico is excluded from the application of subsection (8) of § 671e of this title, part of the act known as the 'Puerto Rico Tourism Company Act'. No regional or municipal Committee may exist other than those established by virtue of this chapter whose purpose is to achieve the functions delegated to the Executive Board or to its Committees created in this chapter.
