In order to qualify for the incentives provided under this chapter, it shall be required that seventy-five percent (75%) of the passengers in the charter flight have at least a three (3)-night stay reservation in any of the Paradores or Inns located at the Porta del Sol-Puerto Rico, and Porta Caribe Tourist Destinations, endorsed by the Puerto Rico Tourism Company.\nHistory —May 22, 2008, No. 67, § 9; July 20, 2012, No. 141, § 7.
