The Tourism Company is hereby directed to develop a public financing plan for the Special Mountain Region Tourist District and to promote financial patronage by the private business sector. To this end, the Economic Development Bank for Puerto Rico, subject to the provisions of its Organic Act and in compliance with its policies and regulations in effect, shall collaborate with the Tourism Company in drafting such public financing plan.\nHistory —Aug. 4, 2009, No. 54, § 8.
