After the mandate established herein is fulfilled and the Special Mountain Region Tourist District is operating under a properly prepared Strategic Plan for District Marketing and Tourist Development, the business of the Commission created herein shall be deemed to be completed. The Tourism Company shall be responsible for overseeing and keeping the District operative; Provided, That the Tourism Company, shall remit on March 30 of every year, a report to the Legislature and the Governor of Puerto Rico to account for its endeavors, achievements, and progress in applying this chapter.\nHistory —Aug. 4, 2009, No. 54, § 10.
