Mandatory memberships shall be valid in vacation home projects, insofar as this obligation is included in the purchase agreement, including a summary of the terms and conditions of the membership and the fees (on account of what and for which estimated amount, if these have not been fixed) to be paid by the members. The membership terms and conditions shall be determined by the issuer of such memberships at his/her complete discretion. Such mandatory memberships may be in hotels, gyms, spas, recreational areas, or clubs, including sports clubs such as, but not limited to golf, tennis, or sailing clubs.
