The Company and the DNER, as well as any other pertinent agency, shall be required to draft and/or amend any applicable regulation to enforce this act within sixty (60) days as of the approval thereof. Once the sixty (60)-day period has elapsed, the aforementioned agencies shall sent a copy to the Legislative Assembly of the new regulation and/or amendments to current regulations, enclosed with a detailed report of the enforcement of this chapter and its progress.
